Playlist title parsing

Hi there!

Currently, Audacious reads only filenames / URLs off the playlist files (i. e. .m3u or .pls) and ignores track titles completely, fetching them from files themselves. This works well for local files, but not really well with remote URLs, especially with internet radio lists I guess. Maybe the M3U / PLS plugins could be enhanced with parsing #EXTM3U comments and TitleN values?

Can you provide an example playlist file w/explanation of what it's doing & should do?
