Audacious

I am using Audacious along with stereo tool for broadcasting. I am using Jack Audio connection kit to connect the audio from Audacious to stereo tool. I am having a problem where the connection between Audacious and stereo tool keeps disconnecting and defaulting to the standard system audio output. There seems to be no pattern to this, except that it always occurs after an item has finished playing. When a random song stops playing and the playlist advances sometimes it will choose to default the connection back to system output instead of stereo tool.

I am not sure if this is actually an Audacious problem (maybe jack), but I really need help with this.
