Pitch/Speed control settings

I need to keep the Speed and Pitch control visible all the time. To get this I appear to need to click 7 times as follows:
Services
Plugins
Effect
Speed & pitch
Settings
More actions
Keep above
Is there a way I can get Audacious to remember this choice so that when I load the program the Speed and Pitch control automatically loads?
