Audacious - OLD, PLEASE USE GITHUB DISCUSSIONS/ISSUES

Didn't find anything on a search, so guess I gotta ask for help.

Problem is simple enough, as well as my music files showing up when I create a playlist, all the hidden files created by the system show up too. Is there any way to fix this? I'm thinking both to speed up populating my playlist as well as keeping it clean. Honestly I can't fathom why it puts them into the playlist in the first place, they're easy to detect and there's rarely a reason that I can see for it to expect a hidden file to be something playable.
