PSF plugin skips silences even when they are in the middle of a song.

Description

It seems the PSF plugin is a bit overzealous when it comes to silence skipping.
When I play a song, all silences are skipped no matter if they are in the middle the song.
That totally breaks the rythm, especially in drum parts.

To fix this, I simply reverted the commit introducing silence skipping (git commit daf401b4ecedc81b9d42dccafe09f52f0e3eec81), thus removing that feature totally.
