Description
Winamp/XMMS skins that do not have eq_ex.bmp are not loaded by Audacious. Instead, Audacious continues to use the previously selected skin.

Adding eq_ex.bmp fixes the issue but you cannot do that with hundreds of skins. And it is not an options for the average user, either.
Skins without eq_ex.bmp should be loaded, too.
Tested in Audacious 3.4.3 and 3.6.2.
