What's the difference about hw:CARD=A20,DEV=0 and hw:1,0 ?

Probably no difference at all. ALSA provides two different ways of enumerating devices, which sometimes (not always) overlap, resulting in duplicate entries in the list.

Thank you for your answer but I notice a difference.
Hw:1.0 wider.
Hw:card=20,Dev=0 More dynamic and more depth.
I try to know which of the two gives the best performance (Bit perfect) without going through the sound card of my computer. I do not know.
