Cannot write song info (id3tag) on Windows

Hi all,

I'm using Audacious on Windows 10.
Some of my music files don't display song info on Audacious. I try to write with Audacious or other utilities such as EasyTag, but in vain. Maybe version of id3tag is different. What can I do in this case?
