Malvineous' Adlib plugin. Win32 compiling.

Hi there! Anyone here compiling Audaciuos for Win32? There's a great plugin that really cool to be added to Win32 port. Named "Malvineous' Adlib plugin". It's much accurately plays cmf format than AdPlug. Really want to compile it somehow as dll.

That will need a lot of updating before it will compile for any recent version of Audacious.
