Game Console Music Decoder Plugin Error - Config File?
Added by Sylvan Hancock over 9 years ago
Hi, so, I use the Game Console Music Decoder plugin a LOT. Anyway, on my computer, the "default song length" box has somehow become limited to a -100 to 100 range. Naturally this doesn't really make much sense and has been preventing me from hearing the end of some songs. When I emailed the people who were credited on the plugin, only one replied, saying that "there was probably a config file somewhere that got changed by accident and I should go in to fix it", question is, where would I find such a config file?
I'm sorry also, it's been several months since this started so I don't know what could have caused this.
Thank you!

Hi, this was my error, sorry about that. The range was supposed to be 1 to 7200 seconds (2 hours) but got changed by accident. It will be fixed in 3.6.2:
https://github.com/audacious-media-player/audacious-plugins/commit/bcfebe734916841c7f34523d4ff3fc564675b278
Anyway, for now you can find the setting in $HOME/.config/audacious/config
. Look for (or add) the following lines:
[console] loop_length=7200
