Audacious 4.0.5
1/ Download file.
2/ Open with Audacious
3/ Try to seek forward, for instance at 10sec.
4/ notice that action is not performed and an error is raised

ffplay (4.3.1 here) has the same problem. This would be a bug/limitation in ffmpeg. Please report it to them.
