deleting a track from a playlist should protected. It is too easy to accidentally to remove a track. A popup asking confirmation will be good. An undo option would also be great.

Popup dialogs are only appropriate if you are about to do something that will cause significant data loss (for example, erasing an entire file). I don't think removing a single track from a playlist counts as a significant data loss.
I do agree that an "undo" feature would be cool, if someone had the time to implement it (I don't).
