Description
To reproduce open a network mp3 file which contains some special characters like '[' or ']'. For example file "[01] test.mp3" on a remote HTTP recourse will not be played in Audacious.

How is this a bug? '[' and ']' are illegal characters in a URL. Have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Percent-encoding#Types_of_URI_characters.

Just to clarify, you need to percent-encode those characters. For example: http://localhost/%5b01%5d%20test.mp3.
