Error when loading folders with cue files when cue plugin is disabled

Description

Hi,

When the cue plugin is enabled, and you load a folder that contains cue files, it works correctly and the different tracks are displayed.
Now if for some reason you don't want cue files to be loaded, and you disable the cue plugin, there are issues.

You would expect that the mp3 files are just loaded without cue then, but its not the case.
The mp3 file isn't added when there is a cue for it, and you receive an error telling that 'cue files are not supported'.

This bug was only introduced in recent versions (since Ubuntu 16.04, coming from 15.10).

This was actually fixed by the same change that fixed #630. It will work correctly in 3.8.
