[bug] hang on offline stream info

Description

The whole gtk2 gui hangs for minutes(!) when i try to get Song Info of an offline stream. I can't cancel, can't click anywhere, all windows are stuck.
When i try to play the offline stream the gui is responsible, i can stop anytime before getting the error message - so that is ok.

And one more: after i wait for about 1-2 minutes for the error message, then i can't play any music instantly, because everything stuck when push play. This takes about 15-20 second, then everything get back to normal.

I could reproduce this bug 4 times in last half four. When it hangs it can't be closed, only with kill -9.

We set a 10-second timeout on all HTTP requests. If you are seeing a hang of multiple minutes, it's a bug in neon or your OS's network stack. I suggest you hire a network programmer to fix the problem if it's important to you. Otherwise, just avoid the server(s) that trigger it.
