No plugin for mms streams on windows version of Audacious

Added by Simon Forrest about 12 years ago

I use the plugin for mms streams a lot at hom on my linux desktop to listen to BBC radio streams (it works better than the BBC radio player!). But of course at work I have to use Windows, but the plugin is missing from the Windows version. Is this likely to be available in the future? Or is there a fix for this issue?

Regards,
Simon

Last time I tried, libmms wouldn't build on Windows. I may give it another try for 3.2.1.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I just wanted to let you know that libmms can be compiled on Windows without problems. I also tried to build audacious plugins and I verified that MMS plugin is built, as you can see from attached screenshot.
The version under test was the latest stable at time of writing (3.2.3).

Sincerely,

Carlo Bramini.

Thanks for the heads-up. I will give libmms another try when 3.2.4 is released.
