Audtool for windows?

Hi,

I'm using audacious on windows. I like it a lot but I need to use audtool as I did on linux to control the running Audacious instance. Is this possible? Does audtool exist on windows? Have been looking for it for 2 hours without luck.

I think it should work. I'll see about including it in the next build.
