locks for playlist

the playlist need to have somekind of lock so it's not getting deleted by accident. the playlists tabs can be deleted too easily by accidentally pressing the x.

By default Audacious shows for this case a confirmation dialog.
If it is not shown, remove the line "no_confirm_playlist_delete=TRUE" in "~/.config/audacious/config".
