How to record audio stream in 3.6.2?

I found filewriter.so, but not found "record" button in GTK UI or respective plugin in plugin list . Please help.

The output plugin selector is in a different place than the other plugins; see this screenshot:

Thanks. Therefore I can't listen and record at the same time..
