Windows build

Hi alll

I'm having a tough time trying to build audacious on Windows. I'm not experienced enough to know what |I'm doing wrong yet, so I'll plod along.

In the meantime is there anybody who is prepared to build the current master version from git and let me have a download link? There are changes in there that I would really like to test drive.

I haven't updated the version number, so it will claim to be 3.9, though.
