Where'd my keyboard shortcuts go?

I had my shortcuts all set in Kde Plasma, but the Global Hotkey plugins are no longer available. Is there a way to add them manually?

See https://redmine.audacious-media-player.org/issues/820.
As an alternative, you can set up keyboard shortcuts in KDE itself and bind them to audtool.

Or you can do what I did - rolled back to 3.10.1, forbid the system to ever update audacious and everything works as I intended it.

Not sure if you're just trolling, but the GTK interface is still available in 4.0.x if you don't want to switch to Qt yet. There's no need to stay on 3.10.1.

Ooh.. I like Audtool .. thanks for suggesting that. It reminds me of a Voiceattack script I used on Win10. Too bad it won't be voice activated..yet
