update the download page with a ppa that is not obsolete

Could somebody please update audacious-media-player.org/download with the Panda Jim's PPA that has the latest versions of Audacious and is regularly maintained and updated?

Sure thing. I'm not sure what happened to WebUpd8, but Panda Jim gave the okay and we're linking to his PPA now.
