Dark GTK interface in Win10 build

It may just be me being blind - but I can't seem to find how to force GTK interface to use dark-mode/theme in Win10.

I scoured forums to no avail, and so I'm asking if anyone could be kind enough to point me in the right direction.

This is just Windows being broken. Microsoft removed the ability to set color themes for traditional Win32 applications in XP or Vista, as far as I can recall, and the theme is now hard-coded to a light color scheme (except for a couple of high-contrast themes). Nowadays you'd have to go into the registry to change the colors.
