CLI flag or config option for "on all workspaces"?

Hey, all -- love Audacious, especially the WinAmp skin, and have been using it for years. I'm also a Compiz guy, and love the fact that there's an "on all workspaces" option, but is there a way to have that on by default, either through a CLI option or a config file? My reading and googling has, alas, been to no avail.

There's an option in the Skins interface called "On All Workspaces" ([Ctrl-[S]), I believe. Otherwise, I only know how to config my window-manager for that.
