Adding folders to playlist

I am Using Audacious 4.1 on Linux Mint Mate 20.2 and while adding folders would like to select more than 1 folder, but control select or shift select does not work.

Is there any way to select more than 1 folder when adding to playlist?

I am not at my computer to check if there is a workaround within Audacious, but an easier way might be to drag-and-drop folders from the file manager.

Dragging the folders in or pasting them in works, so thanks for that.
