Global key combo to jump back 5 seconds

I’m doing some transcription work and while I have a play-pause global hot key / keyboard shortcut, I need one to go back five seconds too.

I was using dbus-send to achieve that on Rhythmbox but that application is too buggy )on Ubuntu 22.04 anyway).

How can I achieve this on Audacious?

Try:
audtool --playback-seek-relative -5

Alternatively you can enable the "Global Hotkeys" plugin and bind a hotkey to the "Step backward" action.
