Win32: request plugin development package

Hello,

I'd like to compile a plugin for the pre-compiled audacious for win32. Unfortunately the zip archive does not contain any development files. It would be nice to have those files (mainly headers and import libraries) added to the archive or alternatively bundled in another archive.

Obviously I could compile the whole thing myself, but I was trying to avoid that by using the pre-compiled version.
