I guess the closest you can get using the GUI is a factor of 0.98, which is -0.35 semitone. Are you tuning to an instrument for accompaniment, or what?

Well, a factor of 0.98 will get you 431.2 Hz.

But for the next version, you will be able to set it more exactly:
