Feature #794
Double playlist font size when doubling the WinAmp-style interface size (Ctrl-D)
0%
Description
The double-size feature is really useful if you have to move Audacious to a smaller screen with high resolution (such as moving from an external 27" at 1080p to a 15" laptop monitor at 1920x1200) -- Ctrl-D and the player becomes easy to interact with again. However, the font-size in the playlist editor is still teeny-tiny. It would be really nice if the font size in the playlist editor could double when the player size is doubled.

I guess this would make sense when you have your font DPI set to match the low-resolution (external) display. It would make less sense if the higher-resolution laptop screen were your only/primary display, and you had the font DPI set higher to match.
In fact, at 192 DPI or above, the Winamp UI scales up to 2x automatically (and 3x at 288 DPI, and so on). Then "double size" (Ctrl-D) just increases the scaling factor by 1x more.
Scaling a 1990's pixmap-based UI to modern high-resolution displays is kind of a complicated business ...
