That's a temporary image file that Audacious extracted from one of your music files. It's possible that you played an infected MP3 file with a malicious payload embedded in the ID3 tag.

Either that or only a false positive. Maybe you can tell more about "the same file" that causes this? Is it a publicly available file one can download?
