Audacious - OLD, PLEASE USE GITHUB DISCUSSIONS/ISSUES

Are you saying that the program exited immediately when you ran it?

The program never started, or to be perfectly true, there was a blink, as if something opened and immediately closed, but i couldn't notice what was on that window..

I've just tried to run Audacious on another computer with Windows XP installed, same problem. Mouse pointer changes, as if something is loaded, but few seconds later it returns to normal state and nothing happens. So another question rises: is there anybody who succesfully ran audacious-3.3.3-win32 on Windows XP? Or maybe someone have some sort of repack or portable version of Audacious (or older one, which 100% working), which he can share?

Ok, do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem or what is the possible cause of it?
On this weekend I'll try running Audacious on newly installed Windows XP in VirtualBOX. I'll post the results here..

Finally! The reason of my problem was that Audacious can't correctly work when being located in a folder, which name has russian letters.

For example:

1)C:\Documents and Settings\Администратор\Рабочий стол\audacious-3.3.3-win32
WON'T WORK
2)C:\Documents and Settings\Администратор\audacious-3.3.3-win32
WON'T WORK
3)C:\audacious-3.3.3-win32
WILL WORK

I think you gonna fix it in future versions of Audacious..

Or mention about it in your installation guide..
